The fund will have two classes of units:

Retail “C” shares will accept investments with amounts of £1,000 or greater. These shares will charge an Annual Management Fee of 1.75%

Institutional “I” shares will accept investments with amounts greater than £50,000. These shares will charge an Annual Management Fee of 1.5%
