Marlborough Fund Managers

The fund has been authorised by the FSA. The Authorised Corporate Director (ACD) is Marlborough Fund Managers Ltd (MFM), one of the largest fund administrators in the UK.  MFM will also arrange an independent audit of the fund. HSBC will be the Trustee.

MFM will be monitoring the operation of the fund and will be setting the bid and offer prices of units daily.  The prices will be quoted in the “Managed Funds” section of the Financial Times and investors will be able to buy and sell units in the fund daily, through MFM, at the set prices which will reflect the prevailing net asset value of the fund.
